Zurich Insurance aimed to enhance its social media presence post-rebrand by creating content that aligns with its purpose, "Creating a Brighter Future Together." The strategy focused on shifting social media from a passive to an active channel, empowering and supporting customers. This approach led to a significant increase in engagement, with global organic content rising from 2.88% to 8.87% in the first quarter.

The campaign's visuals were tailored to simplify complex insurance topics for the audience, ensuring clarity while adhering to brand standards. The social media posts were vibrant and informative, paired with engaging copy that resonated with viewers.
